Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leadership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction to our operations team.

About the Role:

The Strategic Leadership Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to address them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the operations team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement initiatives to address areas for improvement
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management and process improvement

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
