Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Volunteer and Workforce Coordinator to join our team at England Golf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce engagement strategies to support the Community Golf Instructor Programme.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteer resources to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address workforce development needs.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of volunteers and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance to inform future development and improvement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
