Golf Programme Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to coordinate and support the delivery of our projects and initiatives with a focus on the community golf instructor programme. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sporting and coaching landscape within England and excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of our projects and initiatives with a focus on the community golf instructor programme
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including golf clubs, coaches, and volunteers
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Provide outstanding communication and customer service skills, ensuring excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies to support the growth and development of golf in England
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the sporting and coaching landscape within England
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience of project coordination and delivery roles
- Previous experience of coaching or community delivery
