**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Volunteer and Workforce Coordinator to join our team at England Golf. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating our Community Golf Instructor Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Community Golf Instructor Programme, ensuring its smooth operation and success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of engagement and participation.
- Provide administrative support to the programme, including data management, reporting, and communication.
- Work closely with the programme team to identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programme strategies and initiatives.

- A competitive salary of circa £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
