The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their section of the kitchen, ensuring the service runs efficiently and effectively. This will involve preparing fresh ingredients for high-quality meals, guiding and nurturing young talented chefs to help them grow both personally and professionally, and producing exceptional food with a consistent proficient level of presentation in each dish.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead their section of the kitchen, ensuring the service runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for high-quality meals.
  • Guide and nurture young talented chefs to help them grow both personally and professionally.
  • Produce exceptional food with a consistent proficient level of presentation in each dish.
  • Work under the Head and Sous Chef, communicating effectively to run an efficient kitchen.
Requirements
  • Be an experienced chef in the hospitality industry, preferably with previous experience as a CDP.
  • Be reliable and consistent in their work.
  • Be confident in services for large groups of guests, up to 150 a la carte.
  • Have excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
