We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at The Alderley Edge Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
  • Support with menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
  • Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
  • Ensure high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
  • Continuously motivate the team to ensure fresh quality food is presented each time
  • The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and developing junior team members
About the Role

The Alderley Edge Hotel is an iconic Cheshire institution, offering 50 stunning bedrooms and a superb Grill on the Hill restaurant. Our brigade of talented chefs work with the best fresh produce in our well-equipped kitchen under the leadership of our talented Head Chef.
