Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Do you have a strong background in SEN and excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Aspire People.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with SEN, enabling them to reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to students with SEN, promoting inclusivity and equality.
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive school community, fostering relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
