Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visitor Experience Lead to join our team at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions (SGIS). As a key member of our reception and administrative team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for visitors to our East Leake location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Reception and Administration Team: Lead a professional and competent team to ensure the day-to-day reception and administrative duties are fulfilled to a high standard.
  • Visitor Experience: Ensure all visitors are aware of the Saint-Gobain and Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions site rules and EHS behaviours.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team and other central function departments as required.
  • Matrix Booking System: Maintain and review the Matrix booking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise and book in purchase orders as required.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills, confidence, and an ability to engage and communicate with people on all levels.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management, administration, and organisational skills; ability to handle multiple activities and priorities, whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
  • Responsiveness: Ability to demonstrate responsiveness and commitment to achieving deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
