We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Huntingdon Court, Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our care home.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Supervise and support a team of carers**, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support at all times.
  • **Maintain health and safety standards**, including fire procedures and medication administration.
  • **Allocate staff and provide home management support**, ensuring that our care home runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • **Participate in the delivery of care**, working closely with our residents, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met.
  • **Contribute to the development of our care home**, suggesting improvements and innovations that will enhance the care and support we provide.

**Requirements**

  • **NVQ Level 3 or equivalent** in care or a related field.
  • **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to work effectively with residents, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • **Ability to work flexibly**, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • **Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support**, with a focus on resident-centered care.
