About The Role

We are seeking a positive and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care team to provide personalized care to our residents, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs

Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Adult Care
