About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support services to our service users.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of our service users.

You will be working in a 24-hour shift pattern, including sleep-ins and community shifts, on a rota basis to ensure a positive work-life balance.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
