**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist Physician to join our team at the Wales Medicines Strategy Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake administrative duties, including record-keeping and data analysis;
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and contribute to clinical decision-making;
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and patients;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health research, policy, and best practices;
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audit programs;

**Requirements: **

  • MEDIC MBBS or equivalent medical qualification;
  • Postgraduate qualifications in medical education, research, or management;
  • Full registration with the GMC and approval under S12;
  • Valid UK driving license;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Able to deliver undergraduate or postgraduate teaching and training;
