Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our small but growing customer services team as a Customer Service Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college or university graduate looking to start their career in a dynamic and award-winning global manufacturing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to our UK and Ireland customers, as well as our European Distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process quotes, orders, and part requests accurately and efficiently
  • Log and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution
  • Work closely with the UK and EU commercial teams to provide seamless customer service experience
  • Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive and tenacious attitude
