We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Coordinator to join Stannah, supporting our Platform Lifts and Microlifts division based in Andover.

This Installation Coordinator job operates in a fast-paced environment, involving the coordination of all installation activities and providing ongoing support to customer sites to ensure efficient and cost-effective progress of installations.

You will be responsible for our customers journey with Stannah from order to installation and handover of their lift. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations by taking care and doing our best to help them deliver their projects safely, on time, with the minimum of fuss.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all customer care contact points are met. Initiate contact with customers to establish project details, obtain start-on-site information, and maintain ongoing open and honest communication.
- Coordinate with customers for installation readiness, address queries, and manage delivery coordination, keeping both customers and installers informed.
- Keep the Customer informed and updated throughout their Stannah journey.
- Conduct daily checks of the Installation Schedule to ensure timely site arrivals align with project needs.
- Manage requirements for additional site visits, parts, and test weights, maintaining communication with customers and installers.
- Manage customer expectations with prompt, honest, and realistic communication.
- Promote relevant safety policies and procedures.
- Building relationships with our suppliers.
- Schedule and place orders for lift removals.
- Manage subcontractors, allocating correct products, pricing jobs, and processing invoice payments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with pressure is essential.
- Previous scheduling co-ordination/event organisation experience is desirable
