Shenton Group is on the lookout for a diligent and efficient Service Coordinator to join our growing team

**What’s the role?**

**As a Service Coordinator within the Powercare Team, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to colleagues and clients, all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires management and maintenance of various tasks including the scheduling of engineer visits, processing engineer reports, processing service reports, liaising with clients, handling emergency call-outs and updating weekly KPIs.

This role will involve being on the team rota for on-call support.

**What do you need?**

**You need to have a positive proactive approach to engaging with your role and your colleagues. Experience of the generator industry would be beneficial but is not essential if you have the right attitude and are quick to learn. Standard IT skills are required and experience of SAP Business One, or similar, would be beneficial. You need to be organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.

You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges. Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required. A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience and giving you opportunity to grow. We’ll provide you with a company uniform and a laptop to enable you with your role. You’ll also receive 25 days leave which grows with length of service as well as many other perks and allowances.
