Production Process Optimization and Improvement Professional

Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality control to optimise assembly line processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in assembly operations, with a strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing process simulation tools, and data analysis is essential.
