Job Title: Talent Manager - Commercial Growth

OTG is a global talent management agency with a rapidly growing talent division. We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team and play a key role in building the careers of our talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically build and manage the careers of 6 emerging to established talent
  • Support senior team members in scouting and signing new talent to the roster
  • Create and develop ambitious strategies for talent, driving long-term, sustainable careers
  • Forecast revenue targets and secure commercial partnerships to drive growth
  • Identify opportunities for talent to diversify their careers and revenue streams
  • Negotiate deals and contracts for talent to a high standard
  • Manage relationships with key agencies, brands, and third parties
  • Provide talent with advice and insight on content strategies
  • Manage and guide junior team members to handle tasks for talent
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in the talent management industry
  • Immersed in the latest talent management, social media, and entertainment industry developments
  • Proven record of generating new business and securing commercial partnerships
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Drive
