Job Title: ICT Support Analyst

Touchscreen Talent Limited is seeking a skilled ICT Support Analyst to join our team. As an ICT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing dedicated IT support services to our employees throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and Resolve IT Issues: You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve IT support issues, working with users, other staff, and third-party suppliers as necessary.
  • Take Ownership of Issues: You will take ownership of the resolution of issues, monitoring progress and applying the escalation procedure as necessary within a service desk environment.
  • Document IT Systems: You will create and maintain documentation for IT systems, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with Hardware and Software Installation: You will assist with agreed plans to install or upgrade items of hardware and/or software, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Operating Systems: You will have experience with Microsoft-based operating systems, with a focus on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server 2022.
  • Networking Experience: You will have experience with networking, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation: ITIL v4 Foundation certification is desirable but not required.
