Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Massimo Dutti. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and ensuring that our products are merchandised in accordance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial and Merchandising
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with the operational manager to ensure best practices of digital devices are in place at all times.
  4. Monitor product levels in the store and communicate product needs to senior management.
  5. Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
  6. Store Operations
  7. Work alongside the operational manager to ensure seamless store operations.
  8. Monitor all procedures related to product: Warehouse, Orders, Reports.
  9. Training and Development
  10. Be responsible for the training and development of the commercial team.
  11. Actively identify members of the commercial team with development potential and build a continuous internal succession plan.
  12. Customer Service
  13. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the store.
  14. Support customer service with product knowledge, awareness of new arrivals, best sellers, and fashion trends; offer alternatives with services and technology used in the store.
  15. Health and Safety
  16. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and communicate with senior management in case of an accident.
  17. Be aware of risks employees and customers are exposed to and safe work practices to overcome them.
  18. Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.

Requirements

  1. Previous fashion retail experience.
  2. Prior visual experience within a fast-paced environment.
  3. Good team management skills.
  4. Market, commercial, and competitors awareness.
  5. Visual flair and creative thinking required.
