Key Responsibilities- Commercial and Merchandising
- Ensure floor layout is merchandised according to company guidelines.
- Promote new lines effectively.
- Identify creative and visual ideas and take actions for the store.
- Manage in-store furniture, tables, walls, layouts, internal mannequins, and fixtures to maintain high brand image standards.
- Build action plans for commercial and visual store activity daily, weekly, and seasonally based on commercial reports and store needs.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports and money mapping to make decisions on product layout and react accordingly.
- Monitor layout and product availability, including shoes, accessories, and perfumes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on competitors' activity.
- Store Operations
- Work alongside the operational manager to ensure best practice of digital devices is in place at all times.
- Control product levels in the store and communicate with senior management on product needs.
- Monitor procedures related to product, warehouse, orders, and reports.
- Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
- Promote HR Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct in the store by sharing information with the team and leading by example.
- Training and Development
- Be responsible for the training and development of the commercial team.
- Work alongside senior management to support new starters' training.
- Identify members of the commercial team with development potential and build a continuous internal succession plan.
- Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered in the store.
- Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of new arrivals, best sellers, and fashion trends, and offer alternatives with services provided and technology used in the store.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and communicate with senior management in case of an accident.
- Be aware of risks to employees and customers and be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
- Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
- Be an ambassador in the company's sustainability project and ensure the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative, and economically reductive ways to stay sustainable.
- Previous fashion retail experience.
- Prior Visual Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Good team management skills.
- Market, commercial, and competitors awareness.
- Visual flair and creative thinking required.
- Initiative and self-motivation to drive own development.
- Lead by example, motivating and developing employees.
- Time management and strong organizational skills – Delegation.
