Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial and Merchandising:
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  3. Work closely with the operational team to ensure that store displays are maintained to the highest standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  5. Store Operations:
  6. Collaborate with the operational team to ensure that store procedures are followed and that customer service standards are met.
  7. Manage product levels and communicate product needs to senior management.
  8. Training and Development:
  9. Provide training and development opportunities for the commercial team.
  10. Customer Service:
  11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the store.
  12. Health and Safety:
  13. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout the store and communicate with senior management in case of an accident.

Requirements:

  1. Previous fashion retail experience.
  2. Prior visual experience within a fast-paced environment.
  3. Good team management skills.
