About the Role:
As a contract Property Insurance Admin Assistant, you will be working in a hybrid environment, requiring 3 days per week at our Chichester office. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Account Handler with various tasks, such as renewal processing and mid-term adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renevaluations: Prepare submissions and gather information to support the Account Handler, liaise with Insurers to obtain renewal terms for clients, and identify potential alternative quotations.
  • Mid-Term Adjustments: Handle mid-term adjustments, understanding client needs, negotiating with insurers, and producing documentation/invoices supported by the Account Handler.

Your Skills & Experience:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with previous insurance industry experience/exposure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
