Principal Insurance Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Insurance Lawyer to join our team on a permanent basis. As an integral member of our close-knit legal department, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to provide expert advice on insurance distribution and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the progress of and providing advice in respect of challenges from regulatory or quasi-regulatory bodies. You will also advise on delegated insurance arrangements and distribution deals, working closely with Underwriting, Finance, Tax, and Claims teams.

• Advising on delegated insurance arrangements and distribution deals.
• Working closely with key business stakeholders.
• Drafting insurance policy wordings for motor and ancillary policies.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Insurance Lawyer who has a solid understanding of risk management techniques and a working knowledge of Insurance Law. Your experience in Insurance Distribution and strong drafting and negotiating skills will be invaluable to our team.
