Training Facilitator for Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Skills Trainer to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to adults with disabilities, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized teaching/training qualification and experience working with vulnerable groups. You will be able to design and deliver engaging training sessions, assess individual needs, and support participants in achieving their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver core courses to support participants develop employability and personal social development skills
- Carry out group training sessions in classroom-based and virtual environments
- Assess individual participant ability and support needs
- Support participants in gaining key skills required to find work
Education & Training:
- A recognized teaching/training qualification or studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education)
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
