We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Support Specialist to join our team in the Swale area, including Sittingbourne & The Isle of Sheppey. As a Home Support Specialist, your role will involve providing support and assistance to adults and elderly individuals, including tasks such as:

• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting care plans as needed
• Providing education and training to clients and caregivers
• Coordinating appointments and events
• Managing paperwork and documentation

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, plus bank holiday rate and paid mileage expenses. We also provide ongoing learning and development opportunities to further your career.
