Disability Support Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Training Facilitator to join our team at Austin Fraser. As an Employment Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to adults with disabilities, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their career aspirations. With a focus on employability and personal social development, you will help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions to support participants in achieving their career aspirations
- Assess individual participant ability and support needs
- Support participants in gaining key skills required to find work
- Maintain and update own knowledge of local and national employment trends
Education & Training:
- A recognized teaching/training qualification or studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education)
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
