We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team at Kent County Council's Disabled Children's Team North. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of disabled children and young people aged between 0 and 17.

As a Disability Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and other colleagues to deliver high-quality services and support to clients and their families. With a salary of around £24,500 - £31,500 per annum, this role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive training opportunities to ensure success.

Our team prioritises building and consolidating best practice in social work, with regular supervision and ongoing learning encouraged to help staff grow and develop their skills and knowledge. You will contribute to delivering outstanding services to young people with disabilities and their families, working collaboratively with Health, Education, and the voluntary sector to achieve the best possible outcomes.
