Clinical Physiotherapist for Private Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled MSK Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bodyset's Bristol clinic.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a private patient caseload, adhering to established clinical pathways and delivering exceptional results.
As a seasoned professional, you will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, communicating effectively to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of designated clinical cases, utilizing advanced decision-making skills and autonomy to deliver tailored treatments.
- To uphold Bodyset's policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- To maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity while communicating with patients, parents, or carers.
- To engage with referring parties to ensure continuity of care for clients.
- To offer expert guidance on optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleeping habits, stress management, and other wellness topics to promote positive well-being.
- To proactively attract new business to the clinic site by leading corporate workshops, as prepared by yourself and the partnerships manager, targeting existing, new, and prospective patients.
- To continually strive for excellence in clinic standards, identifying potential risks and reporting them to the Regional Lead.
- To maintain accurate client records, documentation, and statistical information, adhering to contractual service level agreements.
- To commit to ongoing professional development, attending external conferences and events to enhance your expertise as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
- To adhere to the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour and the HCPC's Standards of Conduct, Performance, and Ethics.
- To collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop service improvements when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Ability to work autonomously while delivering against Bodyset's clinical pathways.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written English skills.Able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous evidence of generating new business and personal client caseloads.
- Previous experience in private healthcare sector.
- 1+ years relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
