Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger person for a 4-6 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matching, Batching, and Coding Invoices: The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately matching, batching, and coding invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the Finance Team: They will assist the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required, ensuring seamless support to the business.
  • Processing High Volumes of Invoices: This includes processing high volumes of invoices efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Agility Resourcing offers a competitive benefits package, including [insert benefits here].

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Accounts Payable Background: A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
