Business Development Manager

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Fuel Card Sales Executive in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, promoting our industry-leading fuel card solutions to businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their fuel management needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B Fuel Card sales or telesales is highly advantageous.
- Motivation: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Sales Skills: Confident in delivering persuasive sales pitches and handling objections.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 base salary with uncapped commission (guaranteed £1,000/month for the first 6 months).
