About the Role

The Flagship Store Supervisor is a key position in our retail team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flagship store. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold daily team briefs to discuss store KPIs and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Perform store walks to ensure commerciality and visual merchandising standards are met
  • Monitor store sales figures and take corrective action as needed
  • Handle serious customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills and customer engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to drive sales and loyalty
  • Act as key holder for the store and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving a culture of excellence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora products and values
  • Well-presented appearance and a passion for retail
