About the Role

The Flagship Supervisor is a key member of our retail team, responsible for driving sales and profitability in our flagship store. As a passionate and results-driven individual, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold daily team briefs, sharing store KPIs and motivating the team to beat targets
  • Perform store walks, understanding the importance of commerciality and visual merchandising
  • Monitor store sales figures and handle serious complaints
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and customers, providing exemplary service and adapting to individual needs
  • Act as key holder, ensuring store opening and closure procedures are followed
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems, assist with administrative duties and product deliveries

As a Flagship Supervisor, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of pay, a monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are achieved, and a generous annual jewellery uniform allowance.
