The Flagship Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales and profitability in our flagship store. As a passionate and results-driven individual, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold daily team briefs to motivate the team and share store KPIs
  • Perform store walks to understand commerciality and visual merchandising
  • Monitor store sales figures and handle serious complaints
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and customers through exemplary service
  • Act as key holder and ensure store opening/closure procedures are followed
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
  • Passion for driving a culture of exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
