About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and passionate individual to join our team as a Flagship Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in store, while delivering an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold daily team briefs, sharing store KPIs and motivating the team to beat sales targets
  • Perform store walks, understanding the importance of commerciality and visual merchandising
  • Monitor store sales figures and handle serious complaints
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and customers, providing exemplary service and adapting to individual needs
  • Act as key holder, ensuring store opening and closure procedures are followed
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
  • Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
