Business Development Administrator

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Administrator to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our estate agency, you will play a pivotal role in handling general administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management. A valid UK driving license is also essential.
Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include communicating with clients, potential clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers. You will also be responsible for possessing estate agency experience and ideally having 1 year of office admin experience.
