Transport Planner

We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team at Just Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of goods across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and optimize routes for vehicles and drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
* Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and delivery schedules
* Collaborate with traffic office teams and drivers to ensure customer KPIs and targets are met
* Utilize in-house planning tools and systems to manage workload and monitor efficiency
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Working Time Directive and EU Drivers' Hours regulations

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in transport planning and coordination
* Strong knowledge of UK road networks and geography
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
