About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
  • Assist with payroll submission, induction paperwork for new employees, and be the go-to person for orders, equipment requests, and finance support.
  • Support the team with projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the site's needs.
