Spatial Planning Professional

We are seeking a skilled Spatial Planning Professional to join our Development Management team at Transport for London (TfL). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in spatial planning.
Key Responsibilities- Review local planning policies and assess planning applications to ensure compliance with the London Plan.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, local authorities, and TfL teams, to deliver the Mayor's planning agenda.
- Contribute to policy-making and provide input on planning applications and local plan consultations.
- You will be studying towards a minimum of a 2:2 degree in urban planning, geography, or another relevant built-environment discipline.
- Familiarity with development management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
