As a Spatial Planning Lead, you will be responsible for delivering and contributing towards project briefings for the Council's Executive Mayor and Cabinet Members, as well as the Director for Planning and Sustainable Regeneration. You will also engage with both internal and external stakeholders including Greater London Authority, project funders and major landowners, as well as contractors and other delivery partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile Design Review Panel and contribute your design skills and experience to assist the delivery of Croydon's spatial planning framework. You will develop design-led projects and provide design advice as part of the Council's regeneration projects, acting as Lead Designer on major public realm projects in the town centre.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,578 – £62,591, based on the location and industry standards.
