Senior Spatial Development Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Spatial Development Specialist to join our Industry Placements team. In this role, you will work closely with our Development Management and London Plan & Planning Obligations teams to develop and implement spatial plans that align with the Mayor's planning agenda.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to analyze data related to the Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy, providing comments on planning applications, and responding to local plan consultations to guarantee alignment with the London Plan.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that development projects meet the required standards
  • Analyze data related to the Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy and provide insightful recommendations
