Job Summary

The Operational Excellence Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and efficiency at CSL. This position is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting leaders and colleagues in prioritizing business objectives, and providing guidance on implementing sustained enhancements using lean methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead continuous improvement programs to drive business excellence.
  • Coach and assist leaders in achieving business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Support the implementation of the CSL Operating System (COS) and its initiatives within key functions, ensuring adherence to COS plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to global operational excellence initiatives and facilitate cross-site knowledge sharing to maintain global standards alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and good manufacturing practice guidelines.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and leadership.
  • Strong background in lean and/or six sigma methodologies, with potential certification.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Effective project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to challenge conventions and motivate colleagues to achieve higher performance standards.
  • Familiarity with modern manufacturing techniques and proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, shop floor reporting systems, and MRP systems like SAP is beneficial.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and oral English, with German proficiency being a plus.
