About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the Operations functions at Wild Nutrition, a leading provider of premium supplements. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and skilled individuals who are dedicated to achieving our business goals and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the long-term strategy for the Operations function, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Operations team to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of production, planning, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, agility, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure robust relationships and SLAs.
  • Oversee the sourcing of key ingredients, consumables, and manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 30+ FTEs, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About You

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record of delivering positive change in high-growth DTC businesses. You will have extensive experience in premium brand-driven fast-growth DTC environments, FMCG exposure, and in-house production experience. You will be an exceptional leader, communicator, and team manager with a strong ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
