About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the Operations functions at Wild Nutrition, a leading provider of premium supplements. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and skilled individuals who are dedicated to achieving our business goals and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the long-term strategy for the Operations function, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of 30+ FTEs, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Oversee the sourcing of all key ingredients, consumables, and manufacturers, ensuring robust relationships and SLAs are in place.
  • Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of product operations, including safety, quality, service, productivity, and overall operating costs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to Wild Nutrition's strategy and commitment to Sustainability and B Corp, ensuring our operations are aligned with our values and goals.
About You

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record of delivering positive change in previous roles. You will have extensive experience within premium brand-driven fast-growth DTC first environments, FMCG exposure, and in-house production experience. You will be an exceptional leader, communicator, and team manager, with a high bar for quality and a passion for driving high-quality execution through your leadership, organisation, and ability to trade off competing priorities.
