About the Role

We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our Court of Protection team based in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our clients who lack the mental capacity to manage their finances and affairs.

Our Court of Protection team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for a Paralegal who shares our commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide support with property and affairs applications, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in this specialist area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our clients who lack the mental capacity to manage their finances and affairs.
  • Work closely with our experienced team to provide support with property and affairs applications.
  • Develop your skills and expertise in the Court of Protection area.
  • Contribute to the success of our team and the firm as a whole.
Requirements
  • Fee-earning Paralegal with specialist Court of Protection experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with integrity, show empathy, and adapt in different environments.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the litigation processes alongside Court of Protection matters.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
