We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Westbrook Integrated Care Centre. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, including those living with dementia.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support service users with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, data protection, and confidentiality policies.
