We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Nurse in Palliative Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the clinical Lead nurse and provide expert knowledge and leadership to the inpatient units and CNS nursing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialized professional advice to colleagues to ensure high standards of direct care delivery.
- Interpret and implement national policy and support systems for professional revalidation and performance management of ward managers.
- Work with autonomy to ensure high standards of care delivery and provide leadership to the team.
- Significant relevant clinical experience at Band 7 or equivalent or above.
- Demonstrate experience in effective resource management skills.
- Experience working within health and social service systems, both at local and strategic levels.
