The role of Care Home Administrator is a key part of this commitment, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team.

This permanent, part-time opportunity involves working 28 hours per week in a fixed-base worker role, supporting adults with their daily lives and ensuring they have access to social and leisure activities that meet their needs and wishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Independence: Providing assistance to individuals to enable them to reach their full potential and make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Social and Leisure Activities: Supporting individuals to access college classes, resource centers, community access, and other activities that promote their wellbeing and engagement.
  • Wellbeing and Safety: Monitoring the emotional and general wellbeing of individuals on a daily basis and taking steps to ensure their protection from abuse or harm.
  • Choice and Dignity: Respecting the dignity and privacy of individuals at all times and promoting their choice in accordance with their care plan and other relevant documents.

Requirements: Educated to RQF Level 3 (GCSE) or equivalent by experience, with evidence of continuing professional development and experience working within a social care setting.
