About the Role

This challenging and rewarding role involves managing the day-to-day running and training needs of our service, which provides respite care to children aged 0-18 years with complex disabilities and health needs.

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and developing new skills within our team, as well as mentoring pre- and post-registration students and teaching parents, carers, and other health professionals as required.

You will also play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality care, driving change, and helping the team meet business plan objectives.
