Job Summary

This role involves providing advice, leadership, and support to the Radiology Nursing teams and service line colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and service delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care ensuring that nursing, midwifery, and corporate standards are implemented, maintained, monitored, and improved upon where necessary.
  • Assume overall accountability for the monitoring, review, improvement, and provision of evidence and assurance relating to patient care.
  • Lead, manage, and develop nursing, midwifery, and relevant support staff to enable them to deliver the highest standards of patient care and service.
Person Specification

This position requires:

  • A first-level degree in teaching experience.
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge acquired through formal qualification, courses, and training and occupational experience.
