Clinical Education Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced midwife to join our team as a Band 6 Clinical Educator. This exciting opportunity involves leading the delivery of a comprehensive training program for staff, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and standards.
Main Duties- Develop and implement a training program that meets the needs of all staff
- Provide clinical teaching and expertise to promote the acquisition of new skills and knowledge
- Act as a point of contact for specialist knowledge and training within the Trust
The successful candidate will have a strong background in midwifery education and experience in facilitating staff development. They will be able to work autonomously while maintaining close relationships with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team.

$51,969 - £58,205 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
